I am an NHMRC Early Career Research fellow at the University of South Australia. My work explores how to best balance demands on our lifestyle for optimal health and wellbeing. Since 2016 I have published >55 papers and have delivered 27 conference presentations. I have won 8 research prizes including the SA Science Excellence Award for PhD Excellence, the Heart Foundation Paul Korner Innovation Award and the Winnovation Maths & Data Award. I have been awarded >$3.8M in competitive grants and currently supervise 4 PhD candidates and 4 honours students.
My professional background is physiotherapy. I worked in clinical practice from 2000 to 2018.
