Dr. Maud-Emmanuelle Gilles

Research fellow at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and second-year CURE mentor, Harvard University

I'm research fellow at Slack lab, genetics, BIDMC, Harvard medical school.
I got my Master degree from UPMC (Paris VI) and my PhD lab was based at UPEC (Paris XII).
Currently, my research focus on microRNA deregulation for Pancreatic Cancer therapy.
I have been involved in the Cordées program during my PhD by performing some practicals lessons of Biochemistry for high school students. Now, I'am involved in CURE program by orchestrating transatlantic journal club and by mentoring CURE students in my research studies, over the summers.
