Dries Putter

I am a South African Naval Officer with more than 30 years of service. I am currently lecturing at the Faculty of Military Science (Stellenbosch University). I hold Master's degrees in business leadership (MBL - Unisa), security (MMS - Wits), military science (MPhil cum laude - US) and a PhD (US). I am currently involved with the development and rollout of the Intelligence Studies degree at the Faculty of Military Science, Stellenbosch University. I am a researcher for the Security Institute for Governance and Leadership in Africa (SIGLA) and an Affiliate Member of the National Security Hub, University of Canberra.
