Smith Professor of Equity and Inclusion in Business, Queen's University, Ontario

Eddy Ng's research focuses on managing diversity for organizational competitiveness, the future of work, and managing across generations. His work has been funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada grants. He has edited and published 6 books and more than 90 peer-reviewed journal articles and monographs. According to a recent Stanford study, he is identified in top 2% of scientists in Economics & Business.
