Deputy Director, Markets and Services Research Centre, Edith Cowan University

Dr Goh is Deputy Director of The Markets and Services Research Centre at Edith Cowan University. He has held several senior management positions in higher education including, Acting Dean, Associate Dean, Head of Academic Studies, and Deputy Head of School. He is also the elected Secretary and Director of The Council of Australian Universities in Tourism and Hospitality Education. Dr Goh has researched extensively in the areas of tourism management and hospitality workforce issues such as non-compliance at national parks, Generation Z, employee theft, food wastage, job satisfaction and planned behaviour. He has published more than 50 articles in high quality journals and conferences such as Tourism Management and International Journal of Hospitality Management. He sits on the editorial board of four leading marketing and hospitality journals (Journal of Teaching in Travel and Tourism, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Education, and International Review of Non-profit Marketing).
