Eduardo Ortiz-Juarez

PhD Candidate in Development Studies, King's College London

Eduardo is a researcher at King’s College London and non-resident research associate at the Commitment to Equity Institute (CEQ) at Tulane University. He is a Mexican economist with particular interests in poverty, inequalities, human development, and fiscal and social policies in developing countries. He has 13 years’ international research and policy experience and has published around 30 pieces of research on these topics including journal articles and chapters in collective volumes. He has served as senior economist at UNDP and has consulted with the World Bank, UNDP, UNU-WIDER, Inter-American Development Bank, among other international organisations and governments.
