I am a Marketing and Marketing Communications academic within The School of Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations at QUT’s School of Business & Law. My research specialist areas include consumer behaviour, integrated marketing communications, social media networks, transformative services and not for profit. My opinion is sought after in local and State media.

I have been an authority on panels, and a keynote speaker at many conferences speaking on social media and influencer marketing. I have won two QUT’s Vice Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching, and is the lead author of the textbook Integrated Marketing Communications, currently in its 6th edition. She has written book chapters for business start-ups regarding branding and marketing.
