Elizabeth Milne

Elizabeth Milne is a Research Assistant at the Media, Communication, and Sociology department at the University of Leicester. She is currently working on a project called ‘Combatting gendered, sexual risks and harms online during Covid-19: Developing resources for young people, parents, and schools'. Elizabeth is a recent Master of Global Affairs graduate from the Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto. Prior to this degree, Betsy graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Arts in Gender, Sexuality, Feminist, and Social Justice studies. Elizabeth’s research expertise centres on young people’s experiences of online sexual harassment and abuse, and consensual digital image-sharing practices.
