Dr Ellen Bishop is a Research Associate on the ESRC School Meals Service project based at University of Wolverhampton. Ellen was awarded a PhD at University of Leicester in the School of Geography, Geology and the Environment in 2023. Her PhD thesis concerned the education of young people in the UK who speak English as an Additional Language (EAL). Ellen also has a Masters in Social Science Research (Human Geography) and a BA in Geography, both also awarded by the University of Leicester in 2019 and 2017 respectively.
