PhD Candidate and Associate Tutor in Modern History, University of East Anglia

Elliot is currently in the final year of research for a PhD in History at the University of East Anglia (UEA). His work covers the relationship between states, armies, and identity, and is focused on post-war Bosnia and Herzegovina. His first academic publication, "The Orao Affair: The Key to Military Integration in post-Dayton Bosnia and Herzegovina," is available in the Journal of Slavic Military Studies. In addition, he teaches a range of modules at UEA, under the umbrella of Modern European History. His side interests include the history of robotics and the history of space exploration.
