I am an evolutionary biologist, and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Australian National University.
My research is driven by questions about the evolutionary past of species, and the environments in which they live. I am also especially interested in the ways we can use museum collections as a resource for understanding biodiversity loss. My research primarily focuses on the spectacular diversity of native Australian mammals and reptiles, using approaches in phylogenomics, phylogeography, population genomics and statistical molecular evolution.
