Sustainability Research Fellow, University of Cambridge

I am a researcher on sustainable diets, working on how we enable behaviour change which benefits people, nature and climate change. My current Fellowship research is on the environmental impacts of supermarket foods and how to reduce them.

I recently completed my PhD on on which approaches were most effective to increase vegetarian sales and reduce meat consumption in university cafeterias.
My background is in ecology and biodiversity conservation. I read Zoology for my Bachelor's degree and then spent two years studying in five different countries for an Erasmus Mundus Master in Applied Ecology.
