Professor, Law, York University, Canada

I graduated with an LLM from Yale Law School in 1981 and was hired as an assistant professor by Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. It was common at the time to hire law faculty without PhDs. I was subsequently awarded tenure and promotion to Associate Professor and then promoted to full professor. I have authored and co-authored and edited and co-edited several book as well as numerous book chapters and journal articles.
