Erica is an Assistant Professor at the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. She is also a Canadian CPA with a background in public accounting, audit and tax.
Erica conducts research on how technological disruption impacts people at work. The two technologies she focuses on are remote work and blockchain. Given her background as a CPA, Erica studies how accounting work is changing in light of new technologies like blockchain.
Erica holds an MBA, an LLM and a PhD.
