Erika is a Lecturer in Health Promotion within the Public Health Program at CQUniversity in Cairns, Australia. Her research interests are gambling, strengths based approaches to health across the life course, and youth wellbeing. She has undertaken gambling research centred on the experience of harm from gambling; the influence of jackpots on EGM play; the influence of gambling environments; the potential impact of responsible gambling features; the impact of innovation of gambling products; and the development of a scale to measure the effect of stigma associated with gambling.
