Fabrizio D’Esposito

Research Fellow at the Parenting Research Centre and, The University of Melbourne

Dr Fabrizio D’Esposito is a Research Fellow at the Parenting Research Centre in Melbourne and at the School of Population and Global Health at the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Passionate about health equity, global health, and development, Fabrizio has more than five years of experience in the development of research and survey tools, planning and implementation of data collection and data analysis (both quantitiative and qualitative), and in the management and evaluation of projects and programs in complex and resource-poor settings.

His research interests and content expertise include the study of the sociocultural determinants of physical and emotional wellbeing of individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds, as well as the dissemination and implementation of evidence-based information and practices to improve health. A key focus of his research is the identification of intervention and policy targets for the improvement of health outcomes, and the development and implementation of relevant evidence-based programs for families.
