Faizan Ali

Dr. Faizan Ali is an Assistant Professor in the School of Hospitality and Technology Management, Muma College of Business at the University of South Florida. He received his Ph.D. in Marketing with a dissertation written on customer experience in hospitality industry at the International Business School, University Technology Malaysia (UTM-IBS) and a Masters in Management with a dissertation on consumer behaviour in airline industry from Glyndwr University, United Kingdom.

Dr. Ali has authored more than 100 international refereed journal articles and international conference papers. His recent research has been accepted and published in internationally refereed top tier hospitality, tourism and services related journals. Dr. Ali is recipient of numerous research awards and is an active member of academic hospitality associations. Dr. Ali is a trained expert in usage of various statistical tools and has conducted numerous SEM and Business Research Methods related workshops in USA, China, Pakistan, Turkey, Vietnam, Malaysia and South Korea. Prior to joining USFSM, Dr. Ali was a Post-doctoral researcher at the Dedman School of Hospitality, The College of Business, Florida State University. He also manages a dedicated YouTube Channel “ResearchBeast” to discuss issues related to research and researchers.
