Faranaaz Veriava

Faranaaz Veriava has a BA LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and an LLM in Human Rights and Constitutional Practice from the University of Pretoria where she is currently registered for a LLD. She is a public interest lawyer at Section 27, a public interest law centre focusing on health and education rights in South Africa. She has worked as a lawyer at the South African Human Rights Commission, the Centre for Applied Legal Studies at the University of the Witwatersrand and as an advocate of the Johannesburg Bar.
