B.Sc. in Biology by UFPE-Brazil, and Ph.D. in Ecology by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), I work with plant ecology and conservation of plant communities and plant-animal interactions. I am also interested in use of natural resources under the perspective of human ecology and landscape ecology.
