Lecturer Profesor in Political Science of the Basic Common Cycle of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and Leaderships in Latin America at the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Buenos Aires. Former scholarship holder of CONICET Argentina. PhD in Social Sciences, University of Buenos Aires (UBA); Master's Degree in Political Action and Citizen Participation in the Rule of Law by the Rey Juan Carlos University, Francisco de Vitoria University and the Madrid-Spain Bar Association. Lawyer for the National University of Asuncion (UNA). Participates in research groups of CLACSO, UBACyT, GESP, among others. His area of research focuses on the functioning of Paraguay's party system between 1989 and 2013.
