Lecturer and Researcher in Gender and Organisational Communication, Universitas Brawijaya

I am a lecturer and researcher in Gender and Organisational Communication in the Department of Communication, Brawijaya University, Malang Indonesia.

I received a PhD from The University of Queensland Australia with Australia Awards Scholarships in January 2022. I also received a degree of Master of Communication (Organisational Communication) from The University of Queensland, Australia, in 2011.

I have published scientific articles and a book chapter in Gender and Organisational Communication, especially in discursive leadership and gender.
