Dr. Florence Jeannot graduated from the business school ESCP Europe and began her career as a product manager at Dassault Systèmes, a leading international software company. She shifted her career after earning her Ph.D. from the University of Grenoble (France). While writing her doctoral dissertation, she worked closely with the GfK Studies Institute and IDEAs Laboratory, an open and shared innovation platform. She is presently an Associate Professor at the INSEEC School of Business & Economics. Her research interests are in the areas of creativity and innovation, user experience with technology products, and consumer decision making. She has presented at several international conferences and has been published in refereed journals.
