Francesca Cavallerio

Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology, Anglia Ruskin University

I completed an MSc in Clinical and Community Psychology at the University of Torino, Italy, in 2009, and then decided to specialise in the area of Sport Psychology, as I had been a coach for many years. I did an MSc in this field at the University of Roehampton and then a PhD, focusing on athletes' psychosocial well-being in elite youth sport.
I started working at Kingston University straight out of my PhD, to then join Anglia Ruskin University in January 2017, where I teach sport and exercise psychology and qualitative research methods.
