Frank Larkins

Frank Larkins is an Emeritus Professor in the School of Chemistry and Honorary Professorial Fellow at the Centre for the Study of Higher Education at the University of Melbourne. He is a former Deputy Vice Chancellor from that university with portfolio responsibilities for research and global engagement.
