Frédéric Dufays

Postdoctoral fellow, KU Leuven

Frédéric Dufays is an organization scholar with an interest in atypical organizations: cooperatives, social enterprises, hybrid organizations. He currently coordinates the Centre of Expertise for Cooperative Entrepreneurship (Kenniscentrum voor Coöperatief Ondernemen) as a postdoctoral fellow at KU Leuven and is invited Assistant Professor in Social and sustainable entrepreneurship at UCLouvain. He holds a PhD in management and economics from the Centre for Social Economy within HEC-Management School of the University of Liège (Belgium).
His current research deals with the democratic governance of cooperatives and the framing of cooperatives in the public discourse.
