Associate professor, University of Ibadan

Olufunke Fayehun is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology, University of Ibadan. She obtained B.Sc in Statistics, M.Sc and PhD in Sociology (Demography Option) at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
She is a Population Scientist interested in the vulnerable groups in society: women, children and the elderly. In addition to teaching and research within the university, she is currently collaborating on a number of multi-country and multi-disciplinary studies including urban health access, digital health and remote consultation, data and displacement in Africa. She is currently the co-focal person for the University of Ibadan at the Consortium for Advanced Research Training in Africa (CARTA).
