Research associate, public policy, University of Calgary

Kent Fellows is a research associate and the Associate Program Director of The Canadian Northern Corridor research program at The School of Public Policy, University of Calgary. He has a PhD in economics with specializations in industrial organization, regulatory economics, public finance, energy economics and computational economics. Kent also works in the area of regional economics and trade. In 2016 he provided testimony to the Senate of Canada on the topic of National Transportation Corridors and in 2020 was an invited member on the European Court of Auditors' Major Transport Infrastructure Global Bench-Marking Panel.
