Gabi Lipan

My research looks at factors influencing student, academic and employer expectations and perceptions of graduate attributes. Prior to this, I was part of a project entitled ‘Enhancing Students’ Online Professionalism and Employability’ funded by the Learning and Teaching Excellence Programme, I was tasked with conducting research and creating guides aimed at helping students improve their online presence and use it to become more employable.
