I received my PhD in behavioural neuroscience from UNSW in 2005. My research is broadly concerned with associative learning and its application both in humans and non-human animals. I have published research on the role of associative learning in drug addiction, anxiety disorders and their treatment, musical preferences, nursing practice, and augmented reality. My research is particularly concerned with the role of cognitive in associative learning process such as classical and instrumental conditioning. I am a keen knitter and use the practice to manage stress and improve my wellbeing.
