Dr. Garry Aslanyan is adjunct professor at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto and adjunct professor at the School of Epidemiology and Pubic Health at the University of Ottawa in Canada. and I am also the manager of partnerships and governance at the World Health Organization (WHO) Special Programme on Research and Training in Tropical Diseases in Geneva, Switzerland. Dr. Aslanyan was the principal health advisor and director in federal government for the Public Health Agency of Canada and Global Affairs Canada in Ottawa, Canada. In the past 20 years, Dr Aslanyan has taken on various roles that allowed him to lead various organizational and technical innovations and is a recognized leader in public health both in Canada and globally.
