Gaurav Khanna is an Assistant Professor of Economics at UCSD's School of Global Policy and Strategy. He received his PhD in Economics from the University of Michigan with interests in Development Economics, Labor Economics and Applied Econometrics. His research focuses on education, migration, infrastructure, and conflict. He is a Non-resident Fellow at the Center for Global Development, a nonprofit policy research organization that seeks to reduce poverty and inequality and that seeks to make globalization work for the poor.
