Gavin R. Slemp

Dr. Gavin R. Slemp is an Associate Professor in the Centre for Wellbeing Science in the Melbourne Graduate School of Education, at the University of Melbourne. Gavin's research interests include ways to foster high quality types of motivation and wellbeing in workplace and education settings, with a focus on job crafting, leadership, personality, and employee health interventions, such as mindfulness and coaching. Gavin has published 3 books and over 25 peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters focusing on these areas. Prior to beginning his role at the University, Gavin worked in management consulting.
