Gemma is a Research Dietitian with CSIRO’s Nutrition and Health Program in Adelaide where her current role involves piloting a program to increase the availability of healthy dining options for children in South Australia. She develops and implements dietary protocols for clinical nutrition trials and contributes to nutrition related literatures reviews. Gemma has a keen interest in contributing to the development of evidence based practice in the field of nutrition with a view to making a positive contribution to the prevention and management of obesity and obesity related health conditions.
