I am a Lecturer in Microbiology at the University of Hull. My research interests are: Natural antimicrobials, Biofilms, Probiotics, Microbial Communities and Food/Water Safety. I am also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), interested in Innovative Teaching and Outreach activities.
