Georgios Samaras

Lecturer in Public Policy, International School for Government, King's College London

Georgios Samaras is a Lecturer in Public Policy at the International School for Government, King’s College London. He completed his PhD in Political Science at King’s College London (2022) after receiving an MA in Education Policy from King’s College London as well (2018).

From 2019 to 2022, he taught politics and research methods at University College London and the London School of Economics. On the side, he regularly contributes to Greek newspapers Kathimerini and EFSYN, whilst he has also worked as a political adviser in Greece. He is a Fellow of Populism Team and the Higher Education Academy of the UK. He is currently drafting his first monograph to be published in mid 2023.
