Giovanni Esposito is a postdoctoral researcher at HEC Liège Management School, University of Liège where he obtained a Ph.D. in Management Sciences. He has been a research fellow at the University of Naples “L’Orientale” as well as a visiting researcher at King’s College London and International University College of Turin. Giovanni’s main research interests are public sector management, public administration reform, institutional and policy change, and strategic policy analysis. He is author of several academic articles, book chapters and reports that widely cover different policy areas including transport infrastructures, labour migration, higher education, public administration and smart cities. Beside his academic work, Giovanni has worked as policy analyst for the European Commission and the International Center for Migration Policy Development.
