Gisele Cuglievan Mindreau is a PhD candidate in Educational Leadership and Policy and Comparative and International Education at OISE, University of Toronto. Her dissertation explores the role of local education actors in the enactment of equity-oriented policies in education in Peru. Her research interests include critical approaches to social justice and equity in education policy and district reform. Recent work includes publications in the journals Comparative Education Review, Journal of School Leadership and Canadian Journal of Educational Administration and Policy.
