Guto Ifan

Guto Ifan as a researcher at Cardiff University's Wales Governance Centre. His work focuses on the Welsh political economy, public finance and fiscal devolution.

He most recently worked on the centre's Income Tax and Wales report, and the 2016 Government Expenditure and Revenue Wales report.

Guto studied economics and politics at the University of Bath and previously worked researching global poverty and financial flows in developing countries.
