Halvard Dalheim has a long history in city planning stretching back 35 years including experience in state and local government and the private sector. Over the last decade he has led multiple metropolitan and regional planning projects across NSW and Victoria, including the most recent plan for Greater Sydney, A Metropolis of Three Cities. Halvard is currently the Practitioner in Residence through the Henry Halloran Trust at the University of Sydney.
