I am a clinical professor of educational leadership and policy studies at Indiana University in Indianapolis. My professional experience includes holding a variety of K-12 leadership positions included that of a school superintendent. My research interests include charter school effectiveness, teacher evaluation, special education inclusion, culturally sustaining educational practices, and public school equity. My teaching responsibilities have included courses related to supervision and evaluation, and educational leadership. I also consult with schools and
districts in the areas of school and district improvement.
My educational background include a bachelor's degree in Sociology, a master's degree in Special Education, and a doctorate in Educational Psychology.
