Harrison Young

Harrison Young was born in Pittsburgh, studied at Harvard University and worked on the Washington Post when Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein broke the Watergate scandal. Young served in Vietnam and then began a career in banking. He was a non-executive director of the Commonwealth Bank until late 2017, is an executive-in-residence at the University of Melbourne's Department of Finance and has written fiction books. Harrison was Chairman of The Conversation from 2017 to 2019.
