PhD Candidate in Land Economy, University of Cambridge

Henri van Soest is a PhD researcher at the Department of Land Economy, University of Cambridge. His thesis addresses the regulation of cybersecurity in the European electricity system. He has an interest in the standardisation, regulation, and governance of critical technologies and infrastructures. He is a co-founder of the Cambridge Infrastructure Resilience Group and a member of the Energy Policy Research Group (EPRG) at the University of Cambridge. Before starting his PhD at Cambridge, he worked as a researcher in energy policy at the University of Oslo.
