Hota GangaRao has been conducting independent research since 1969; approximately $1 to $2 million per year program under Constructed Facilities Center and also Center for Integration of Composites into Infrastructure (CICI). He developed closed-form mathematical techniques to solve discrete structural systems functions and also field implemented polymer composite structural components for buildings and bridges.
