Iban de Rementeria

Ibán de Rementería was born in France in 1944. He studied philosophy and political science in Chile and Colombia and is an expert in drug policy and citizen security. He has formerly worked for the United Nations in that capacity, and has also advised the governments of Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru and Portugal on drug policy. Currently, he is a professor and researcher in the Drug Policy Program at the Central University of Chile. He has written several books and articles on the subject.
