Ioanna Bakopoulou

Dr Ioanna Bakopoulou is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology in Education at the University of Bristol. Ioanna is an Educational Psychologist by background with more than 20 years of applied educational psychology practice. Her research focuses on early language development and language inequalities, and effective professional development for educational practitioners in the area of language and communication. She has also conducted research in the areas of special educational needs and disabilities, parenting support and education, and early intervention.
