Iolanda-Veronica Ganea is a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Environmental Science, Babeș-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca (Romania). She is also working as a Scientific Researcher at the National Institute for Research & Development of Isotopic and Molecular Technologies Cluj-Napoca. Her research focuses on creating bridges between the fields of biodiversity, environmental science, ecotoxicology, pollution control, and health aspects of exposure-related outcomes. She is approaching current international environmental trends and targets in the field of water protection and management, not only by monitoring water quality, habitats but also by providing biocompatible solutions for remediation and conservation.
