Dr Issahaku Adam is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management. He specialises in tourism management with particular emphasis on accessible tourism, backpacker vulnerabilities, travel risk modelling, ICT applications in tourism, experience economy and sustainable tourism including gendered representations in tourism. He has been a grant recipient from the UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), Research England, Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), and the French Embassy in Ghana. He is an approved PhD and MPhil supervisor.
