Adjunct Assistant Professor, University of Juba

Joseph holds Doctor of Laws (LLD), University of Pretoria, Master of Laws (LLM) in Human Rights and Democratisation in Africa (HRDA),–with distinction–University of Pretoria and Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Busoga University, Uganda. He is an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Juba, South Sudan. Joseph has over 10 years of professional career working with international organisations on issues of governance, child rights and human rights advocacy. He has published several journal articles and book chapters on constitutionalism, good governance, transitional justice, constitution building and human rights. He is also a Fellow of the Next Generation Social Science in Africa.
