Previously a senior IRS official during the Bush II and Obama administrations, and a US Treasury Department Office of Tax Policy official during negotiation and implementation of the 1986 Tax Reform Act. Also retired tax partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers and leader of PwC's US Banking and Capital Markets Tax Practice.
