Jaime L. Beck

Jaime began her career in Education as a high school English teacher in Alberta. She is currently an Intstructor at the University of Calgary, and her research interests include teacher mentorship, beginning teacher induction and attrition, teacher professional learning and growth, as well as the theory and practice of arts-based research.
